they just allocated all of DCs to Trump as well even though Trump did not win the State. The bound delegates and percent for DC are as follows;

Ted Cruz 19 delegates
41.5%
Donald Trump
33.5%
Marco Rubio
19%

Follow up prediction: Any vote cast for Trump, that was pledged to someone else, will be recorded for Trump with no resistance from the stage. Any vote cast for someone other than Trump that wasn't pledged to Trump will at some point be recorded as a vote for Trump.

I thought they just had a big rules fight to say that delegates couldn't do that...
I guess they can't do that unless it is the crowned establishment candidate.

They are claiming Iowa has all 30 bound to Trump yet that's not what their votes were (all of my numbers per AP)

Cruz- 27.6% 8
Trump- 24.3% 7

(rest for the others, but they allocated all for Trump even though he didn't win)
