Micah Xavier Johnson house in Mesquite,Texas
« on: July 09, 2016, 06:17:21 pm »

This is the single family house this "poor oppressed black US Army Private after 6 years in the army" lived in outside of Dallas.

I have to wonder at the reaction of the vast majority of the people in the world,and many right here in the US,at this snapshot of oppression.

I am guessing many are wondering where they can go and sign up to be oppressed in the USA.

I'm guessing that they already have wondered and already are signing up to "be oppressed in the USA"....considering the fact that the oppressed in America are given food, money, paid utilities, free phones and pretty much everything they 'want' vs. everything they need.  All at taxpayers' expense, of course.

To be clear, that's his mother's home.

Well,to be completely clear we don't even know if his mother owns or rents it,but we do know it is the family home where both he and his equally stupid racist adult sister live,and I think it is safe to assume the mother isn't a rocket scientist . I think it is also safe to assume the children learned their "hate honkie 4 'pressing uz!" attitudes. Which most like means that moms is also a vic-tum ob de white debbil.

I'm curious about where the money came from to buy or rent the house.

@sneakypete

We don't know. It's possible that mom is a well-paid professional.

It's also possible that the family is one beneficiary of an aggressive HUD program that pushes Section 8 renters into affluent neighborhoods by giving them more money for nicer neighborhoods.  This has been going on since 2011 and has increased crime rates in Dallas suburbs.

Surely with all of the Texans here, somebody has the know how, to determine the status of the property.No mention of a father. Spontaneous fertilization.

Given that the two children of hers that we know about are both idiots,that seems highly unlikely unless she is an AA hire.

>>It's also possible that the family is one beneficiary of an aggressive HUD program that pushes Section 8 renters into affluent neighborhoods by giving them more money for nicer neighborhoods.<<

That was my first thought.

  >>This has been going on since 2011 and has increased crime rates in Dallas suburbs.<<

It's been going on since the 60's. The NAACP called it "blockbusting",and the "right" black family with the "right connections" could end up moving into a brand new house that was all paid for without them having to spend a dime. The money came in feral block grant money,and IIRC,was dispersed by the local NAACP chapters. The proud new owners didn't even have to come up with closing costs or getting the utilities turned on. I used to know where a couple were back in the 70's. They were easy to spot because they almost always had windows broken out and boarded over,visible holes in the roof from leaks rotting the roof away,no grass in the yard,and junk cars up on blocks. Not to mention yard parties in warm weather.

People used to living in goobermint housing with maintenance men on call ain't real big on home care or repairs.

The places I knew back then are all gone now,though. The owners ended up selling them for 100 percent profit,and they were torn down and new houses built on the lots and sold to regular buyers.

I think most are now rentals. The goobermint sets them up in nice houses in nice neighborhoods by paying the deposits,1 month rent in advance,and getting all the utilities turned on. After about 3 months the owners try to evict them,but then the goobermint provides them with a free lawyer to fight the eviction,and they end up living there rent-free for about a year before they can be evicted. Then they move to another nice house in a nice neighborhood,and repeat. I know this because I used to be a letter carrier for the post office,and was delivering their welfare checks back in the day when they were getting checks mailed to them. Now the only way to tell is by noticing they move at least once a year,and they get a lot of bills,and then seeing them living in another house in a nearby development. These days people on welfare get direct deposit and debit cards,so it's  harder to tell who is on welfare and who isn't.

Sadly,since the 1960's most black children don't have fathers,just sperm donors.
I have read,and believe,that prior to the late 1960's blacks had a lower percentage of children born out of wedlock or not living in a home with the father present than white children. Given the power of the "Church Ladies" in black culture back then,I tend to believe it. This is why the CPUSA and their Dim brethren organized the welfare take over of black America by working though the churches and using the local preachers as pay masters. They were the leaders in the communities,and they had the mothers and grandmothers backing them.

Then the goobermint started paying single mothers more than couples and furnishing them with free places to live,and the women no longer needed or wanted the men around. Yeah,the children needed and wanted them,but most weren't that lucky. "Free stuff" won out over "father at home".

Parents divorced in 1996.

It would be easy enough to look at DCAD records and see who owns the house, but you'd need an address.

@sneakypete

Yes, forced integration has indeed been going on for decades.  However, I'm referring to something different and more malevolent, a specific push that started in 2011 to spread Section 8 housing more fully into affluent neighborhoods. Income inequality, redistribution, and all that.  Dallas area is a pilot program for this new federal initiative.

I'd look up details and post them, but I'm tired.  G'night.

@sneakypete

The black illegitimacy rate in the 1950s (20%) was lower than the current white rate (30%) and black rate (70%), but the white rate in the 50s was only a couple percent.

Yeah,I know that feeling.  Don't worry about it. You furnished enough information that anyone curious about it can look it up for themselves.
