I really did like Sarah at first....... actually for quite a while.  SHE was the reason I actively campaigned for McCain, whom I pretty much despised.

But for me, she fizzled fairly soon thereafter, and as I watched her interviews on Fox (even before Trump) I saw a vacuousness that was alarming.

She could have so easily taken the time over the years to study, learn, and grow.  Instead she chose to simmer in mediocrity and then turn into something very strange.

Her speeches in support of Trump have been downright frightening, and I seriously wonder if she's mentally stable.

Totally agree, 110%.  She had so much promise when McCain first picked her - way more than he did - and she squandered it.

They've said they don't need ANY of us.  Kasich, Rubio, Cruz, Bush supporters.

They've said that NONE of us is a "Patriot" and that they....... the Patriots will "get the job done."

There has been no effort to persuade us, only belittle, attack, bully and lie about us.

I'm happy to oblige them (as a Constitutional patriot) and not vote for their Liberal hero.

I don't think you need to be ashamed just because you initially believed what you saw.  I'd be ashamed if I still thought she was the next big thing now, but not for initially thinking so.  Just as with Trump; a certain initial enthusiasm might have been appropriate; but anyone who's still in love with Orange Julius now should be ashamed of themselves.

Land management in the hands of the states can be a struggle as well but its a struggle that we the people have a stronger hand in than we do against the feds. Here in Michigan its a constant fight but we do allow limited logging and oil and gas drilling on state lands. We also require the state to pay taxes (give a tax break) to the townships and counties the state lands are in. Also here in Michigan our state parks are far superior to our national parks as far as upkeep and facilities are concerned.

How against depends entirely on Trump - I have said I will drop all ACTIVE opposition if he does one thing. Goes two weeks without flip flopping, walking back, or saying something downright retarded. So far he's managed two days. 

I would make it even tougher.  He has to know more about the constitution than what he tweeted this morning: "The #2A to our Constitution is clear. The right of the people to keep & bear Arms shall not be infringed upon."

That is all he has ever quoted and seems all he knows about the constitution.  As the Chief Executive Officer of this very country, a President should know more than a few words of a single amendment.  Hell, the last time I heard him asked about the constitution, he couldn't even answer what the tree branches of government are.  The Orange Baffoon is a total ignoramus when it comes to the constitution.  At least Obama is overt about ignoring it.
