Wow… It really is sad to see an otherwise conservative senator like Sessions agree with Trump and other liberals that it would be such a great idea to expand the “no-fly” list to also include firearms purchases. That is obviously unconstitutional.
I watched the entire Fox News Sunday show. Later in the journalist round table discussion, George Will argued that even the “no-fly” list by itself was unconstitutional because of the restriction of the liberty to travel without due process.
The liberal’s stupid answer to the due process problem: once you have discovered that your name is on the secret “no-buy” list and your 2A right has already been infringed by rejection of firearm purchase, you will need to hire a lawyer and file an appeal in court to have your name removed from the list. IOW, you’re guilty until you prove that you are innocent.
Indeed, the Founders are spinning in their graves.
