Presumably this would demonstrate that Clinton's server had, in fact, been hacked.  Which we already knew, didn't we?  Isn't that how we first found out about Sid Blumenthal's involvement in Libya?

Anyway, if she did get hacked, that's the last straw -- the FBI pretty much has to recommend indictment.
