Any planet orbiting a star in the zone where liquid water is possible is "potentially habitable".  But that is a very wide phrase that encompasses so many variables as to render the term meaningless.

Also, one light year is equal to approximately 6 Trillion miles. We have no means available to us to travel that far in one lifetime, much less dozens or even hundreds of light-years to reach one of these supposedly "potentially habitable" planets.
