The sad part, he tweeted that three hours ago and hundreds of people responded about it being a fake, stolen image and he still hasn't removed it.

A point of order may be that the caption reads "American Families for Trump", maybe it doesn't mean this particular family. It would be more like deceptive advertising if the family indeed is not for Trump.

You seem to excuse everything Trump does.  If he doesn't know if this family supports him, it's deceptive advertising.  Speculation on Twitter is that the "Don_Vito_08" twitter account belongs to Eric Trump.
