Only 24 percent of registered voters believe Trump, if elected, will be able to build the barrier — with Mexico picking up the tab — that’s been a rallying point at his campaign events, a Quinnipiac University poll showed.
Thirty-nine percent of voters said Trump would try but fail to build the wall, while 29 percent of voters said he won’t even try.
Trump has also promised to deport 11 million undocumented immigrants and only 19 percent of voters said that’ll happen if he’s elected.
Forty-two percent of respondents said he’ll try and fail and 21 percent don’t believe he’ll make any effort here, pollsters said.
