The REASON the super rich will pay more under Trumps Tax Plan is he proposes simplyfying the tax code. Now for those who cannot figure out why that will catch more revenue from the super rich, let me try to get thru the brain barriers you have. Much of the Tax code was created by lobbyists and special interests to carve out exceptions deductions etc for the super rich. By simplifying it much of the special tax rules that favor the super rich go away.
It may take some effort but its laid out here, Please look at the tax rates, there are only 4 of them.
