It’s an inquiry into whether or not anyone intentionally put classified information where it shouldn’t be.
Word games.
Anyone who has ever had a security clearance before and undergone the training will know that "intent" does NOT matter legally...if you have classified material on a non-classified system, whether you intended to or not, then you are guilty of a felony. Period.
And this does not even address the question about Hillary ordering her aides and staffers to remove classified markings from documents and then transmit them to her, either via email or fax, which is another felony.
