A woman who has accused Donald Trump of raping her cannot go ahead with her lawsuit because she filled in the wrong form, it has been reported.
'Katie Johnson', who was 13 at the time of the alleged rape, claims in legal papers the Republican presidential hopeful made her and another minor perform sexual acts him.
On April 29 a judge recommended that the complainant should have to pay her own attorneys’ fees and court costs.
But 'Johnson' filed using forms for civil rights cases in California - which allow relief for legal costs - as she has only $300 to her name, reports RadarOnline.
"Plaintiff has not alleged any race-based or class-based animus against her, and consequently, her … allegations fail to state a claim upon which relief may be granted," the judge wrote.
As a result, the case will now not go ahead.
According to the papers, filed in California, Trump screamed at the two schoolgirls for the poor quality of their sexual performance.
