NO. I want to know what YOUR vision is. I want YOU to step up to the plate and take a swing.
At the very least, fund our military enough to meet our current treaty and diplomatic obligations. Reassure our NATO allies bordering Russia that we are there for them. Moot out the possibility of US bases in Poland (if they are willing to finance their construction and yearly maintenance).
Work with China to contain North Korea. Use our leverage with South Korea and Japan to help persuade them. China does love South Korean investments... and they would be unhappy if Japan had to heavily remilitarize to deal with North Korea. All good reasons to work with us to not have to deal with such uncomfortable consequences. (Australia is another lever, as they provide a good deal of raw material to China for their factories.)
Build up our relationship with India, both because they are a good trading partner and as an ally against Pakistan and China. Work with southeast Asia to bolster their claims to disputed territories.
Support Israel. Help smooth their relations with Jordan and Egypt. (and Turkey, if Erdogan dies/leaves office)
Monitor the Iran deal closely. If it's working, then *YAY!*, if not... begin to 'persuade' Iran to comply. In the meantime, it might be worth exploiting the treaty to try and get Iran to break off their relations with North Korea.
...
And I haven't even gotten to South America and sub-saharan Africa or ISIS or Syria.
