IS punish a man by making him ride a donkey around his city
Der-Ezzor province: SOHR activists observed the IS detaining a man and made him ride a donkey and walk him around the city of al-Miadin with note ” hiding his money in order to not pay the Zakah” the IS applied this judgement on the man in addition to take half of his wealth.

Insignificant bizarre story but so strange, I thought I'd print it.
I read some stats on ISIS videos they make, even though we see the worse, that's actually a small portion of their propaganda machine. And if they kill someone from say; Katmandu, they make it in the language used there. Curiously, we usually don't hear about the depraved punishments they inflict on others.
