JUNEAU — A bill that would allow concealed guns on college campuses in Alaska is headed to the state House after senators passed the measure Thursday.
Republican Sen. Pete Kelly, who sponsored the bill, says it's a no-brainer for those who want to keep themselves safe at a time when mass shootings are increasing in the United States.
