Hillary Clinton says that unborn children do not have “constitutional rights.”

In an interview with Chuck Todd on NBC’s “Meet the Press” airing on Sunday, Clinton said that while it “doesn’t mean that you don’t do everything possible to try to fulfill your obligations [to help the unborn person], it does not include sacrificing the woman’s right to make decisions.”

Todd asked Clinton “if an unborn child has constitutional rights” and Clinton replied, “Well, under our laws, that is not something that exists. The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights.”

However, Clinton later suggested, “Now that doesn’t mean that we don’t do everything we possibly can in the vast majority of instances to you know help a mother who is carrying a child and wants to make sure that child will be healthy, to have appropriate medical support. It doesn’t mean that you don’t do everything possible to try to fulfill your obligations but it does not include sacrificing the woman’s right to make decisions and I think that’s  an important distinction that under Roe vs. Wade we’ve had enshrined under our Constitution.”

If she acknowledges personhood, then the unborn has every constitutional right.

Democrats believe that Islamic terrorists captured on the battlefield have constitutional rights. Unborn children don't.

Hillary Clinton wants to close Gitmo and keep abortion mills running 24/7. Because unborn children have no constitutional rights.

    “The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights,” Mrs. Clinton said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “Now that doesn’t mean that we don’t do everything we possibly can in the vast majority of instances to, you know, help a mother who is carrying a child and wants to make sure that child will be healthy, to have appropriate medical support.”

    Mrs. Clinton also said “there is room for reasonable kinds of restrictions” on abortion during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Well if unborn children have no constitutional rights, why bother with any kinds of restrictions, reasonable or otherwise?

Either the mother is carrying a "child" and that child has rights. Or the mother is carrying a fetus which has no rights and is just a parasitic clump of cells. But this is a political movement that does not believe in rights, only entitlements dispensed by authority in line with political advocacy.

Senator Clinton’s dedication to animal rights earned her a perfect score on the Humane Society’s scorecard, which ranks how frequently the members of Congress vote in support of animals. She cosponsored the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act, which aimed to end the slaughter of horses for their meat, and the Animal Fighting Prohibition Enforcement Act, which aimed to get rid of dogfighting, cockfighting, and all other types of animal fighting. Additionally, she has been working toward prohibiting schools from serving meat injected with antibiotics.

She’s also known to be a pet lover, but when it comes to the unborn babies, not so much. She is correct but she didn’t bother to mention late-term unborn babies because she frankly doesn’t care and had no desire to qualify her statement.

I think I’ll go out and stomp on some Piping Plover eggs – they’re not birds. You know what kind of fine I’d face, along with possible imprisonment?
