Second Federal Court Grants Discovery in Clinton Email Case

Judicial Watch announced today that U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth granted “limited discovery” to Judicial Watch into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email matter.  Lamberth ruled that “where there is evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith, as here, limited discovery is appropriate, even though it is exceedingly rare in FOIA cases.”

The court’s ruling comes in a July 2014 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit seeking records related to the drafting and use of the Benghazi talking points (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)).  The lawsuit seeks records specifically from Hillary Clinton and her top State Department staff:....

We're seeing the birth certificate head fake played out in a different form.

The Clinton camp has to love this. Let them do as they will, it simply makes it look like the opposition is on a witch hunt. (Well, they are, literally).

The result will be, Clinton will be the strong one for holding up to the unjust persecution. There will be lots of effort and diversion that comes to nothing.

Meanwhile, the GOP has a 100 day plan to get rid of Trump, how is that 100 day plan to beat Hillary coming?  :thud:

Gotta get rid of Trump first otherwise there's a 100% chance of getting president Clinton.

Yep, get rid of Trump, without giving a moment's thought to what was done to give Trump the huge opening.

Bunch of spoilt crybabies who bought the lot from a snake oil salesman.  Don't know why they should be given much attention.

Here's a clue, there's a lot of them, and they vote. Try winning without them.

Here's a clue. According to Trump's own people they are first timers who haven't been motivated to vote in prior elections, so they're not that important in the grand scheme of things are are just as likely to vote for Clinton if trump isn't crowned king.

Really? You honestly think that Trump is leading in delegate count solely on the basis of first time voters? So, apparently those on this forum who support Trump are first time voters who will vote for Clinton if Trump doesn't win?

Trump has painted himself into such a corner that his base of support is becoming incredibly narrow.  At this point, there are so many people who will not vote for him in the primary that losing his base of support is not going to be that big of a deal.

Trumpists had better realize that they are making themselves more and more irrelevant.  This isn't the 1950s.
