Oh,yeah. LOVED White Bird.

BTW,would you believe that Gregg Allman is still touring? Given all the coke,MDA,and Heroin he was doing back in the 60's and 70's,you would think if still alive he would be spending  his days eating the contents of his diaper, not touring.

I am a huge fan of Chris Issak. I don't care what anyone says,I am convinced  his mother was a groupie at a Roy Orbison concert 9 months before he was born.

I also admit to being insanely jealous of him. Can you imagine what life is like for a man that looks and sings like that?

Isaak always reminded me of Orbison. Love that style of singing.

Seems appropriate for an Easter weekend. Dad had and may still have an album or two of theirs. They were IMO one of the the best of the 'wacka wacka' bands that came out of the 60's. Loved to blast these guys on his old Kanazawa.

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Yeah, I'm with you on that.  He's dreamy!

Did you ever watch his show?

Yes,I thought it was hilarious. I have no idea why it went off the air unless it was because he became bored with it. He's not very impressed with money or fame, doesn't do drugs, doesn't drink, doesn't go to the clubs, etc, etc, etc. About the time that Waiting Game came out he was still driving a 6 cylinder 4 door Chevy Nova his aunt (I think) gave him.

He was also dating a plain looking girl that had nothing to do with show biz.

SAw a recent interview or something on Gregg.  Seems to be doing fine.  Has his demons in check.
