I think Chris Christie is probably positioning himself close to the sandwich table.

What a moron Christie is.  In New Jersey all six news papers are calling for his resignation.  Holding a press conference he would not take any question not related to appointing a supreme judge position.  Now they are talking about initiating a Recall Action.

Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.
