The ad with Trump's wife was put out by the Make America Awesome PAC which is run by Liz Mair who also opposes Cruz. She was a Rubio supporter.

And Trump's guy runs the MAG PAC. To be equal and fair, can I accuse Trump of illegally coordinating with him, especially due to those payments from Trump to the guys business?

And to re-ask the question, do you have proof that Cruz and his former chief of staff are talking daily and are coordinating?

The problem, if I recall correctly, is that the PAC ad included a nude photo of Trump's wife,  asked the reader if this the sort of First Lady you want, and then said, if not, vote for Ted Cruz.    Whether there was coordination or not, the ad explicitly advocated voting for Cruz on the basis of a nude photo.

As such,  Cruz needs to make sure all know that he denounces it, because the ad really was disgraceful and beyond the pale.

That same PAC has run ads saying vote for Kasich and Rubio- whomever is running against Trump competitively in the State they target. Liz Mair who runs the PAC actually opposes Cruz.
He did denounce the ad too, everyone is just ignoring his comment on it.

I know. Trouble is, Clinton and Sanders are even more disgusting.  This is such a sad, depressing election season when it could have, should have, been triumphal for the GOP.
