I am absolutely a child of the 80's hair band era. One of my favorite Youtube indulgences of late. Too bad grunge had to kill it all.

I love that little era of music. Slaughter, Jackal, Winger, Warrant, White Lion, Great White, Tesla, others I've forgotten. Miss the days when music made you want to be in the back seat of an F-15 at mach 2 playing air guitar with your hair on fire.

That'd make an awesome graphic!  Like the ghost rider had switched out the bike for a jet.

Very nice!  I agree about grunge.

Yeah it was too bad. Not to say there weren't alot of groups I liked from the 90's, but the music was different, heavier, often depressing. And never the same after that either.

 :nono:. Nirvana is like the Beatles. Awesome band, but so damned overhyped.

They did spawn though one of the best bands of all time via drummer Dave Grohl - the Foo Fighters. I love all their stuff but their latest Sonic Highways beats them all. My favorite, Outside with Joe Walsh of the Eagles on guitar solo:
