Well, maybe boys can use cursive as code, because the girls won't be able to read and write it...

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. Oh, THAT'S a beautiful thing.
 Yeah. Me want!

I can't stand all the buzzers and bells that keep me from hearing the engine starting up.

Not like the days when you had a manual choke and HAD to listen to the engine to tell if it was going to start.

Not to mention the shoelace holding the bottle opener to the cooler handle busts now and then... But WAIT!!! I have spares in the seat belt buckles! Wooo!

In my 16/17 year old car the seat belt alarm only sounds for a minute or so and then goes off. Of course after all the accidents were some Jack@ss has hit me really hard and cause injuries I pretty much always wear my seatbelt, even in parking lots.

Pretty much never. But then I am 90% of the time on gravel roads or secondary county roads with zero traffic. And at those speeds, I might be luckier to jump.

Just remember, statistically speaking, half of people are dumber than average.

Yes I see your point. My first accident was when I was 19 a kid that just got his license ran a red and rammed his 65 ranchero into the drivers door of my 63 GranTurismo at 45 MPH, no skid marks from him at all. My spine was really damaged as it was but I don't even want to think about if I wasn't wearing the high tech for the time lap belt **nononono*. I have come to seriously believe that someone put a target on my back that day because since then I have been hit really hard by 'migrant' unlicensed drivers who beat a hasty retreat five times since then. So seat belt for me but I have no desire to be a nanny for anyone else.

Seems to me she used a plane once also, but that was crashed and others killed to cover up Ron Brown? I believe they claimed the .45 cal. hole in his head was caused by flying debris, like a bolt.

I'm still waiting for the official explanation of why she had 900+ raw FBI files in the WH basement.  I suspect that I'll be waiting a while longer.
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.
