Whatever you do.... Don't let the smoke out. It is impossible to get it all back in again. Once a thing has lost its smoke, it's pretty well done.  :beer:

Yep. When you see something unexpected happen you better develop a good working explanation of why it happened. Then you can work on a solution to fix it. Otherwise there's virtually no chance of actually fixing it.

The worst is when you see something unexplained happen and you can't reproduce it. It will haunt you...
