The really funny part about that is that I don't think he owns the rights to his songs, and can't do a single damn thing one way or another.
I think he still owns 50% of the rights, but does that mean he can do anything? Maybe if he had retained 51% or gets the owners of the other 50% to go along with him if they were willing to give up the royalty income they paid for.

 pointing-up That's it... That's what I was remembering...

Most of that distribution crap is run through several layers of management anyway. So even if he is pissed, Chugging through all of those distribution fronts to start itemizing where the portfolio can be played is pretty unworkable to start with.

And telling what is more or less stockholders to withhold from what is probably the biggest distributor on the planet - Well that probably won't go over well - Not with an aging portfolio that has been relying on the past for a couple decades now... That's going to mess with the bottom line... Which is what they are there for.

Well I heard Mr. Young sing a ballad
Well I heard old Neil put it down
Well I hope Neil Young will remember
A southern man don't need him around anyhow

I'd say something about those nasty tats, but I would be afraid she'd kick my ass.

@catfish1957

I went to an IHOP today after leaving the doctors office,and my waitress was a black woman with a chain tattooed around her neck.

Started to say some related to irony and poor choices,but decided it was best to keep quiet because I didn't want to be poisoned.

Traditionally tattoos were messages. Historically they indicated rank, or some ritual, some passage of a trial. They were meant to commemorate a significant event or a significant stage in life. Tattoos were read by others and understood in terms of maturity, warrior status, and rank in the tribe. And it is the same today.

Anyone stupid enough to get a face tattoo, a neck tattoo, or finger tattoos is advertising openly, "I am a criminal. I am a drug addict. I will never be employed." They are telling everyone about themselves without ever saying a word. Essentially they are telling everyone, "I am a loser, and will be a loser to my death."

With the way things are going it wouldn't surprise me.
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
