In essence, the studies which found little or no beneficial effect from HCQ and Ivermectin were designed to produce that result.
When the regimens (HCQ/Macrolide antibiotic/Zinc or Ivermectin/Doxycycline/zinc) were administered at first sign of symptoms, the reduction in hospitalizations and deaths were profound.
