Clinton Bald-Faced Lies, Not Even Bothering To Hide It Anymore

Hillary Clinton has been telling an awful lot of lies lately, covering her Benghazi and email tracks as best she can. Some lies are long term, like the ones she told the Benghazi victims’ family members in which she vowed to get that video maker that sparked the “spontaneous attack.” Others are short term, designed just to get her out of the current difficult situation. Whether she’s exposed later is something to worry about later as well. She demonstrated the latter form of falsehoods in a town hall held by Brett Baer.
After giving a summary that the State Department has declared 2,101 Clinton emails to be classified confidential, 44 classified as secret and 22 classified as top secret. He then quoted a Clinton statement from March of 2015 in which she said, “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email, there is no classified material. He asks “Can we say definitively that that statement’s not accurate?” She replied, “No, you can’t.”
She tells Baer, “The State Department has a process for determining what is or isn’t classified. If they determine it is they mark it as classified.” Baer asks her who decides and she replies, “The State Department.” It was a response that got her out of that tight fix, but wasn’t true. Catherine Herridge explains why.
Herridge notes that federal regulations as well as an Obama executive order which state that the intelligence agency which generates the information is responsible for determining its security level. She cites an example of the CIA, which would determine the classification for all of their information, not the State Department. She also notes that some of the intelligence contained in the Clinton emails came from foreign sources, which can never be revealed.
Herridge also points out that in the Bret Baer town hall, “Clinton wrongly stated that she handed over all of her work related emails. In fact she and her aides were forced by court order to produce the emails and it was not an act of transparency. Clinton’s misleading statement was, “What we turned over were more than 30,000 emails that I assumed were already in the government system, Brett, because they were sent to State.gov addresses.”
Herridge also addresses claims by Clinton that she and her aides, including Huma Abedin, are not the targets of the FBI probe, wrongly suggesting the FBI investigation is not about her use of a private server exclusively for government business when a recent court filing by the FBI says exactly otherwise.
She also points out that the immunity deal with Bryan Pagliano, Clinton’s IT expert is confirmation that the FBI is engaged in a criminal investigation, as immunity from prosecution is only granted to witnesses in criminal cases.
