2) It was odd, when BC was introduced and stood on stage w/ Chelsea, he showed nothing on his face, mouth agape, eyes seemingly blank..

Hung over or high I suspect, or ravaged by long term drug use. Cocaine, rumored to be his favorite, is very destructive long term.
The Republic is lost.

It takes a lot of energy drain to have to try and remember which lies to cover during open, recorded conversation.

Not to mention having to wonder whose husband or son of one of the women he's mangled might be within hearing distance.

Viagra through an IV isn't working for him anymore.

Bill Stumping for Hillary Clinton: 'Sometimes ... I Wish We Weren't Married'

In his last appearance before the primary here on Tuesday, former President Bill Clinton said he wishes "sometimes" that he wasn't married to Hillary Clinton because then he could speak more freely.

"Sometimes when I am on a stage like this, I wish that we weren't married, then I could say what I really think," Bill Clinton said before introducing his wife at a rally. "I don't mean that in a negative way. I am happy."

He looks like he caught the "Bug" from one of his many many dalliances back in the day.  The effects are now taking it's toll.

The lumberjack shirt was a nice touch, though. I'm sure it connected with the average New Hampshire resident.
