Will Someone Please Tell Me Why Barack Hussein Obama Is Still President

That’s the 18 Trillion dollar question isn’t it ? In what has become known, as the single most corrupt administration in our nations history, it continues, not only to  to grow in size, but also continues to flourish unabated. Crimes that would have landed anyone else in prison for the rest of their natural lives, continue to occur on a daily basis. With over 1063 document lies under his belt and NO LESS than 76 illegal acts committed by him, for SOME reason, Barack Hussein Obama Jr. continues to reside at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, in the District of Columbia.

Richard M. Nixon, resigned from the office of president in disgrace in 1974, because of the threat of impeachment due to 18 1/2 minutes of missing audio tape. Members of his administration were sent to federal prison, for their part in the Watergate Hotel break-in. In 1998 Bill Clinton WAS impeached because he lied under oath and for abuse of power.

One Republican and the other Democrat. So, there USED to be law and order and no one was immune from prosecution if they broke those laws, even the President of the United States of America. Those laws (I might add) are supposedly still in effect, so, again I ask the question: Why is Barack Hussein Obama Jr. still in office ?

Not one single criminal charge has been filed in a court of law against Barack Obama…not one. He continues to blatantly violate his oath of office, he continues to illegally legislate from the oval office and more importantly, he continues to lie to the American people. I used to believe in the rule of law, since I hold no political office, I assume that the laws that are currently on the books apply to me (and YOU)…but not for Obama, or anyone in his administration. An administration I might add, that is filled with communists, homosexuals and Muslim terrorist operatives. The current laws do not apply to them either. By all appearances, the current government can do ANYTHING IT WANTS TO DO, no matter what ever it is. They can lie, steal, cheat and even MURDER anyone who stands in their way, as evidenced by events that recently occurred in Burns Oregon.

I spent all of my free time during the last 6 years, doing my very best to help the GOP achieve a majority in BOTH houses of Congress. I have spent countless hours at my desk in my office writing articles to help them achieve that goal. And here we are now, after countless hours of work with that majority…and what have the Republicans done ? I’ll tell you- N-O-T-H-I-N-G ! They sit in Washington D.C. with their thumbs up their ass and let Barack Obama make CHUMPS out of every single one of them.

It is painfully obvious to me, that we were sold a bill of goods by the GOP, not only are they NOT doing anything to curtail Obama’s illegal actions, but now, because of the 2016 elections right around the corner, they want us to vote for them AGAIN, so they can continue to do NOTHING. Where I come from, that is the VERY DEFINITION OF INSANITY.

We have other options ladies and gentlemen, we can rectify this egregious error, by simply taking matters into our own hands. It is our GOD GIVEN RIGHT, guaranteed to us in the Constitution to do so, it says so in the Second Amendment. We have the right to put a stop to all of this nonsense right this very minute if we wanted to. By arming ourselves and marching on our nations capital, we can not only LEGALLY remove from office these criminals, put we can also prosecute them for their crimes against the American people. Obama KNOWS this…why do you think he has spent SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT dividing us ?!? As long as we are divided as a nation, the corruption and lawlessness will only continue, until one morning we’ll wake-up and find-out that it was too late to do anything. Why do you think Barack Obama is assaulting the 2nd Amendment and is trying to DISARM law abiding citizens ?

I see NO OTHER RECOURSE at this time to fix the problem, with the exception of armed insurrection. And the longer we wait, each and every day that goes by, we will have more God given rights stripped away from us. The GOP has been neutered and will not lift a finger to stop Obama and his Communist/Muslim gang, so it’s up to us to do so. It’s time to take down our muskets from over the fireplace and use them for which they were intended….FREEDOM!

If you think that I’m making all of this up about what is going on , click HERE and see for yourself, it’s all laid-out nice & neat in black and white.

I will end this article with this: “I would rather die on my feet, than live on my knees!”

Let me tell you what's basically wrong with politics (and generally the nation) today: any moron with a keyboard and a modem can spout idiotic dribble and call it journalism.

"By arming ourselves and marching on our nations capital, we can not only LEGALLY remove from office these criminals, put we can also prosecute them for their crimes against the American people." - The Moron Who Wrote This Pathetic POS of an "Article"

Article I Section VIII of the U.S. Constitution - “Congress shall have power to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.”

18 U.S.C. § 1385 (Amended)

(1) The President may employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to--
(A) restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States, the President determines that--
(i) domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of maintaining public order; and
(ii) such violence results in a condition described in paragraph (2); or
(B) suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy if such insurrection, violation, combination, or conspiracy results in a condition described in paragraph (2).

This MORON is already in violation of Federal law and could not only get himself arrested and prosecuted, but may drag down those people who re-post his moronic dribble.

18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection - Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Idiot...

People like him get other people killed.

I hope the Feds kick his door in.

What, no Bob Barrs left?  Maybe most realize the GOP is already doing everything it can to self-destruct and doesn't need to add impeachment efforts to hurry it along.

The left must be quite happy with what the right department of the political class is or isn't doing currently.

And yet you could go on any left-wing site and find they are anything but happy.  To them Republicans are preventing huge needed tax hikes, more spending on social programs, fighting for big oil, keeping an all too large military, fighting against organizations like Planned Parenthood, preventing Wall Street from being taxed as the left believes it should, preventing immigration reform, preventing single-payer health care for everyone, preventing free college education for all,  preventing "common-sense" gun control, preventing minimum wage increases to $15 or more an hour, preventing tax payer sponsored elections, requiring voters to prove who they are, and so on and so on.

So I guess many on both sides of the aisle really do want an end to the Republican Party.  Maybe not for the same reasons, but the results would be the same.  **nononono*

So, Mac, How do we fix a system no one trust or believes in any longer?
Continuing the status quo obviously does not work, we have runaway growth in not only the size, reach but cost of the federal government and we simply cannot continue the go along to get along.
The severe polarity not only exists in congress but in society...

The left is not specific enough. Yes, the common, garden variety leftist is angry at Republicans. Why? Because Republicans are the required boogey man. Anything the political class doesn't want to actually do, they blame on Republican obstruction, and the Republicans can then sell to their base that they are fighting the good fight. The left department of the political class must be overjoyed at how the right department is executing it's role. The goal is common to both departments, grow government and increase the power of the political class. All the while, provide some kabuki and keep the public fighting amongst themselves.

It's a beautiful plan that is working quite well.

It is bad isn't it?  From my perspective the government...at all levels is a very large part of the economy.  The socialist side wants that growth to continue...obviously a horrendous idea; the conservative side wants it to shrink, but with few realistic proposals.   The growth of the federal government has not been by means of personnel increases, but rather dollars and regulations.  In 52 years total federal personnel have increased by less than 200 thousand from a base of 2.5 million, ironically with the largest (over 3 million) during the Reagan years.  Uniformed military numbers are half what they were in 1962, and those numbers have continually dropped since the VN days.  In that time, total federal and military personnel have decreased by 22% yet spending has increased over 3000 percent, and the federal debt has increased by 6000 percent.  Top marginal tax rates during that period have decreased from just under 80% to today's 39%.  But we continue to spend with no regard for the revenues we take in to cover that spending.

There is no chance a Democrat administration is going to change that scenario.  They would increase the revenues but also the spending as well.  And I'm still waiting to hear a Republican candidate seriously talk about the debt we've already incurred.  Most want to talk about how to decrease our taxes while promising that they'll cut all this spending.  Of the $3.8 trillion in spending, over 70% is mandatory, and of the remaining $1.1 trillion, more than half of that is military spending, which most of the candidates say they will increase.

Still, the only chance for the Country to slip out of this fiscal insanity is through the Republican Party.  And most of the candidates on the GOP side aren't giving me any warm and fuzzies.  "Make America Great Again", "Reigniting the Promise of America", "Unleash the American Dream", etc. etc. apparently inspire a lot of people.  But few seem to have any real solutions to our fiscal decay.

No, by arming yourself and marching on the nation's capital, you are only going to get yourself shot and/or arrested.  We are a Constitutional Republic with specific processes that take place under the rule of law to remove rulers, even the worst. We are not a third world hell hole that changes governments on the anarchistic whims of those who just march on the streets.

If you want to fix a system so badly flawed as we have now, you start at the bottom. Your own home, your own neighborhood/hoa, your own school board, city government and so on. You get off the keyboard and you run for office locally or work with those who do and stand by the principals you believe in. You become the change yourself.

True, and clearly an area of potential for misuse of monies and most in discretionary spending.  The growth of mandatory spending just since Carter was in office should show how dependent we have become on the government. In 1978 discretionary was greater than mandatory spending.  Today mandatory is over 2/3 of the federal budget, which is far more difficult to cut than are discretionary programs.  Add to that the unfunded liabilities than come out of predominately mandatory programs have been estimated to be around $125 trillion.  Even my taxes won't cover that.  :pondering:  But what can be done to bring it all back?  Not a lot, given that government spending at federal, state and local levels represents almost 40% of GDP.

So when I see all those people jumping up and down cheering at the rallies, I envy them.  Rather than "Make American Great Again", how about "Make America Survive"?

Democrats want to increase social benefits and addict everyone with government cash.  They are quite frank about it.  And they are very explicit about taxing the heck out of everyone to pay for it.

Republicans (and conservatives) want those same benefits, but only for themselves.  Everyone else doesn't "deserve it".  And they are quite willing to dole out (and take) those bennies now, but not pay for it.

Case in point: Social Security

It's going bankrupt, with no money in the till.  The only way it still functions is because the federal government tops it off each year, allocating money from the budget.

And not many conservatives currently receiving Social Security will say that they will give it up.  They 'earned it', don't you know?  They'll point at someone else and say they don't deserve the same benefit.  Nor will they tolerate a tax increase just to keep Social Security solvent... or tolerate more people coming into America, expanding the tax base (they don't deserve it, either).

---

I still want a small government.  But over the years, I've learned that Americans don't.  They want a 'free' government that promises the world free of charge.  So now I'll just settle for a government that will balance the books, no matter how.

Though, if Americans were forced to pay for what they demand, I'm very sure that most would then call for a smaller government.  But only once their paychecks shrink from the taxes taken out.

Can't argue about the popularity of liberal programs.  But I have to disagree with you on the present status of Social Security.  Those who are receiving the old age benefits have paid for it during their working lives, as opposed to the survivors and disability recipients.  In any case, the trust fund has collected $2.7 trillion more than it has spent for all programs.  Even as late as 2014, it collected $25 billion more than it spent.  Of course it won't always be that way, as the trust fund administrators have been saying.  But where is the $2.7 billion surplus?  Spent on other programs.  The Treasury isn't sitting on the cash.  In and out in a flash, with the Trust Fund holding special treasury notes as assets.

Yes, the government has to balance their books.  But cutting back on social security benefits is simply taxing the people who have already paid the tax.  Nobody wants their various benefits cut, but some cuts are more fair than others.  The problem continues to be 'buy now, pay later'.  Without a constitutional amendment, I doubt that will ever change until our fiscal system crashes.  The president's ten year budget just released demonstrates that better than anything.
It's the Supreme Court nominations!
