While this is true in practice, it isn't actually Alinsky who wrote it. (I doubt he would be that forthcoming projecting it in this manner).

Everything but item 4 is fully  in place as I see it!

Which is why we need to repeal every last word of Obamacare and pass the Fairtax (HR25) into law ASAP!
