Not that it matters, but she is admitting guilt whether she knows it or not. She is saying that she mixed her personal and work related emails as some kind of excuse. That in itself is an admission of guilt.
There is nothing to litigate. There is nothing to discuss. It is open and shut, even by her own words.
But, since Obama, the DoJ and even 'law' as a concept, has become moot. Anyone else would be in jail by now.
However, I'm sure she will get away with it. Then, if she becomes President, she can issue herself a pardon.
It is hard to digest how corrupt America has become.
