It is a sad day in America when our governments, from the local level, to the state to the fed are having to write legislation to stop Sharia Law.

What the he** kind of place has this nation come to that the question of subservience to a religious tyranny even exists?!

Well, Sharia Law just got its latest slap-down by the South Carolina legislature.

“The General Assembly finds that it shall be the public policy of thei State to protect its citizens from the application of foreign laws….”

Can we get a collective, “duh”?

That is part of the language of the H 3521 bill sponsored by Representative Chip Limehouse.

“This goes to demonstrate that the South Caroline House of Representatives is committed to preserving and protecting the American way of life here in South Carolina,” he said.

“Shariah law has been used as a defense in American courtrooms. We are working towards making the defense not an option for radical extremists from any country,” said Limehouse.

South Carolina is not the only legislature dealing with the cancer of Shariah. Some Muslim ne’er-do-wells wanted a Sharia court in Irving, Texas. It did not happen. Praise God.

If Muslims want Shariah they can just go on back to the Middle East and take Sharia with them. This is America. Get with the program or get out.

This will get challenged on "Constitutional grounds" and overturned. Here in Oklahoma we tried the same thing and it was overturned by a Clinton-appointee federal judge. It seems the feds want us all to be under sharia.... (Sorry: won't capitalize the word.)

We can assure that that will never happen here.
By changing this:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

To this:

The followers of muhammed are specifically excluded and denied the protections of this amendment along with any and all other Constitutional protections. Neither the United States nor the Several States will offer such protections or liberties to the followers of muhammed."
