Quote
Democratic presidential candidate Martin O'Malley failed to qualify for the ballot in Ohio.

A spokesman for the Ohio secretary of state confirmed to The Hill on Thursday that O'Malley did not get the necessary 1,000 signatures to appear on the March 15 ballot.

O'Malley's campaign submitted 1,175 signatures, but only 772 were found to be valid, according to the secretary's office...

Wow, you can get a thousand stupid college students to sign a petition to have the first amendment revoked but a major presidential candidate can't even get that many signatures in the entire State...

...UNLESS... he did and the validation process is controlled by the DNCe to disqualify competitors to Her Thighness.

The best one heard was he had a townhall meeting in Iowa and one person showed up, KEN. The thing is that KEN would not commit. He said he wanted to look at his options!   :silly:

He is not the first candidate nor the last not to qualify in a particular state.  Different states have different rules and obviously he should have been certain he could qualify in every state before he actually announced his candidacy.
I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
