Blacktivists Stand Ready to Riot if Freddie Gray Verdict Does Not Go Their Way (VIDEO)

The jury is now deliberating in the case of William Porter, one of Baltimore police officers who stands accused of contributing to the death of Freddie Gray.

The cop is charged with manslaughter, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office for the April death of Freddie Gray.

The Freddie Gray case set off riots across Baltimore and now with the jury weighing in, police are bracing more unrest this week.

The ACLU, however, has insisted that any attempts to stop the unrest may be “chilling legitimate, peaceful protest activity.”

As a reminder, this is what the “peaceful, protest activity” looked like last time around:

Anyone else get the feeling this Judge has all ready decided what the verdict is going to be and is doing everything in their power to make sure the "correct" verdict is given.

Jury says they are hung up, make them stay until the reach a verdict

Jury asks to see a witness testimony transcript - Judge refuses.

What ever the verdict is, I suspect this case is going to be reviewed pretty closely due to the Judge's actions so far.

Let them riot. I believe in the OJ Simpson trial, fear of community violence influenced the white jurors.

There are 8 blacks on this jury. That leaves it to 4 whites, and it only takes one holdout.

The case is grossly overcharged, even if some offense was committed.

Hung jury is a mistrial...they will blame it on the white jurors.

Baltimore judge declares hung jury in Freddie Gray trial

By Bradford Richardson

A judge in Baltimore has declared a hung jury in the case of the first police officer charged in the death of Freddy Gray.

Jurors could not reach a decision in the trial of William Porter, who is charged with manslaughter.

Porter is one of six officers charged in the death of the 25-year-old black man, who died after being injured in the back of a police transport van in April.

Gray's death sparked riots in Baltimore.

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake urged “respect for our neighborhoods, and for the residents and businesses of our city” in a statement on Twitter Wednesday afternoon.

She added that city officials are "prepared to respond" in the event of any disturbance.

Well let 'em seat an all-black jury to convict a black police-officer of killing a black suspect...
