Top Carson adviser praises Farrakhan urges Nation of Islam be paid by taxpayers to patrol Chicago

By Kevin “Coach” Collins

This is a story that contrasts the managerial skill of Ben Carson with that of Donald Trump. It is very unlikely Trump would handle this the same way Carson is handling it.

It might have gone under the radar of the mainstream media, but the blogosphere has told an interesting story about one of Ben  Dr Ben Carson Carson’s advisers that directly reflects on the presidential candidate’s ability to hire quality people to help him administer his affairs.

Given his public questioning of Muslims’ suitability to hold positions of trust, it is not insignificant that a top adviser of Carson has called for taxpayers to pay Nation of Islam (NOI) thugs, many  FARRAKHAN 1 of whom have been incarcerated, to patrol the streets of Chicago to make it safe again.

As if this was not bad enough, Carson’s adviser Armstrong Williams turns out to be somewhat friendly with NOI leader Louis Farrakhan.  Williams used his radio show to promote the 20th anniversary of Farrakhan’s fraudulent “Million Man March,” and spoke fondly of the event.

Apparently Carson is either too naïve to realize that Williams is a nut case or he doesn’t see anything wrong with paying psychopaths to patrol side by side with Chicago’s Finest.

In his Oct 6, 2015 piece, titled “The nation of Islam Could Be Chicago’s Savior”, published by The Hill, Williams said, “….NOI brings to the table things other private security firms and police  don’t- credibility within the community. The NOI is one of the few community based organizations that actually recruit(s) in prison  and also offer(s) transitional services to ex-offenders. Extremist elements of the NOI should be sternly and unequivocally condemned. On the other hand, more moderate Muslims have made it a point of standing up for their communities.”

Does anyone, besides Williams and maybe Carson, think there are   CARSON PICS such things as “moderate Muslims?” If indeed there are such people does anyone think they could be found within the ranks of the Nation of Islam?

While no case can be made that Carson supports what Williams said, questioning his judgement and management skill is a logical reaction to his keeping Williams on after discovering he is so unbalanced.

If Donald Trump had hired Williams and he had pulled a stunt like this, he would immediately have heard the famous phrase, “You’re fired!”

Pretty damning stuff. It makes you wonder: Williams has accepted pay to publish opinions before; who's paying him now?

Folks - Armstrong Williams worked in the Reagan White House as an adviser on black matters.  Today Armstrong Williams is a black conservative radio personality, a real estate investor, TV station owner, publisher and former political operative for figures as diverse as the late Sen. Strom Thurmond (R-S.C.) and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Williams often uses the quieter Carson as a sounding board, bouncing ideas and suggestions off him on everything from medicine to fashion. Sometimes Carson listens, sometimes he explains to him why he’s wrong.

Carson uses the more outgoing Williams for guidance in real estate deals, recommendations for attorneys and negotiating contracts with the publishers of his books.

Armstrong is experienced, well-respected and spent a lifetime in Washington and knows the inner workings and that is very important for Dr. Carson, who is not a politician and new to this whole process. Williams’s history is compelling, and not without controversy. But who in the "inner circle" of Washington doesn't have laundry?

Link please?

Dirty laundry such as Barrack Hussein Obama and Reverend Jeremiah Wright?  Ties to Farrakhan and the nation of Islam is just that.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not singing praises for Williams, and I don't know the full story to be judge and jury either - but put things in perspective. Williams is a man people go to for guidance in the Washington circle of conservatives.

Love ya man, but where are you getting this stuff?  I haven't heard a thing about Armstrong Williams in years. Not to say he's not a great guy, but anybody who kisses up to Farrakhan's thugs FOR ANY REASON makes me cringe.  Calypso Louie is a virulent anti-semite, anti-Catholic, and, at bottom, a racist.  One of the things that made Jeremiah Wright so despicable was his hugging and honoring Louis Farrakhan.  Some of that stink rubbed off on Obama, if you remember.
