Thanks EC.  And there are at least two rock solid conservatives I do not see listed:

Louie Gohmert (TX-1)
Walter Jones (NC-3)

They are both in the Liberty Caucus. There's a fair overlap in membership between the two. Aims are slightly different - I think.

Thank you, music for thr info. One has to remember the RINOGOP has plants in both. Our local guy is in the freedom caucas and he is as RINO as they come and probably is a plant. Follow his voting record not what he said. Voted for every CR including the ones that could have stopped Obamacare. Voted for Omnibus last Dec and has had the Booner in to campaign for him. Our district problem and hopefully will be taken care of in 2016. :patriot:

I keep the various caucus lists bookmarked.

Since I don't know a lot of the players, when someone gets mentioned in a story of interest to me I see what their interests are - gives a small amount of insight into how they are likely to react to any given situation, politicians being herd animals.

So many of them come in promising they are 100% certified free range conservative, then it's just a matter of how long before they sell out. Voters get taken time after time.

What the hell does 100% conservative mean when guys like you want to give it all to a puke like Donald Trump?

You seem to know who Donald Trump is. Pretty confident you got him nailed down. Just a suggestion. Don't vote for him.

I was talking about the politicians who play a conservative on TV then after election become bohemians at swank DC cocktail parties and at roll call votes.

I haven't heard Donald Trump promise he'd be a conservative in office. I heard him say he won't be reading from TelePrompTer. That he's not a focus grouped candidate. His campaign speeches are without notes. Authenticity is what he promises on the stump, and his popularity seems steady in spite of your reservations. He must be doing and saying things that people like.

My suggestion is that my opinions are as good as yours.  I guess that's about it other than I hope you have a nice weekend.

With due respect and with regard to this topic, your opinion is weak and ill-informed.  Happy dreaming.

Never said they weren't. Just that you have reservations about Trump, which is an understatement, to say the least.

"My suggestion is that my opinions are as good as yours."

What prompted this little fit of pique? Aligncare didn't denigrate your opinions in any way, only suggested you not vote for Trump as you seem to a smidgen of animosity to the guy.
