A random shooting by one Muslim terrorist is a lone act and does not implicate Muslims at large - yet a random shooting by a lunatic white guy in SC implicates all whites, especially those in the south - to the point where the Confederate flag and monuments to Confederate leaders must be banned or destroyed.

Will we hear cries from the left to ban the Islamic flag?

I will never ever respect Islam. Obama is one that is for sure he proves it by his actions every day. Actions speak louder than words. I hate him so bad I know I shouldn't as a Christian but with our military being attacked and they are still left without arms to protect themselves here in their own country I can't help it. To me he is evil personified. I do wonder why Bush didn't reverse Clinton's order though he wasn't to smart either.

Spot on observation except for the part about calling them "random", when both were clearly thought out and planned. The irony about how different both events are treated is unbelievable.

But, there's something more insidious here. Despite the tremendous hit on our economy due to Obamacare..and the blatant lies...and the mainstream media covering for him...he maintained his rock-star status and he was reelected.

And the GOP-controlled House and Senate turned out not to mean jack-squat.

The country is being pulled to the gallows and our leadership refuses to fight and speak up. The people are craving it. It's why Trump is winning hearts and minds right now.

CNN Analyst Unsure If Mass Shooter Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez's Name is Muslim

On Thursday's The Lead, CNN analyst Tom Fuentes was unwilling to conclude that the perpetrator of a mass shooting against servicemen in Chattanooga, Tennessee was Muslim. John Berman asked the former FBI assistant director, "Now that we have the name [Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez], the key questions are what?" Fuentes replied, "I know...what the name sounds like, but we don't know that it's a Muslim name. We know it's an Arabic name. We don't know what this individual was believing in, and that's what they're going to be trying to determine." [video below]

Minutes earlier, Berman brought on Juliette Kayyem, a former assistant secretary of homeland security, and made a much more conclusive statement: "I got to state the obvious here...this is a Muslim name, Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez." Kayyem, who is of Lebanese Christian descent, confirmed that this was the case, and provided some background:

JOHN BERMAN: I want to bring in our security analysts: Juliette Kayyem, a homeland security analyst; former Massachusetts homeland security advisor; and federal homeland security advisor – Harry Houck, former cop, security advisor to us as well – CNN analyst. I got to state the obvious here: this is a name – this is a Muslim name, Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez-

JULIETTE KAYYEM, FORMER ASST. SECY., DEPT. OF HOMELAND SECURITY: Yes-

BERMAN: Does that change the nature of this investigation?

KAYYEM: Well, change – we just don't know where it began, so 'change' is a strong word. It does, obviously, make people concerned – both about other domestic ties – are there others that he was affiliated with? And then, of course international ones.

Now, I should say, just from my knowledge of this: 'Youssef' is a common Egyptian – excuse me, Iraqi or Kuwaiti name – so, just something for people to know. And so, this will now require not just the FBI's domestic case; but obviously now, the CIA and other foreign intelligence agencies.

It should be pointed out that Iraq is 99 percent Muslim, and Kuwait is 76.7 percent Muslim, according to the CIA's World Factboook.

The nation (that is, the media elite) had turned against the war with Islamist terrorists and instead wanted to make nice with them. The left knew Obama was an islamophile and that's exactly the reason why he was installed.

The other reason the media installed him goes beyond his just being black and they liked the historical nature of that. It was because he was a black democrat that the media went all in. Had he been a black conservative the media wouldn't have given him the time of day.

I've seen this for some time now. I got blasted for saying, vote Democrat, let them trash things so we can begin rebuilding. Why? Because Republicans no longer oppose, and barely impede the Democrat agenda. The public is stupid, and unable to think critically. The media is corrupt and all in for the socialist/communist agenda.

There is nothing we can do to stop this. Nothing. So, let them trash it all. Have it their way. Just as a conservative is a liberal who has been mugged, a conservative is also a liberal who lived through hard times in a socialist state. Everybody doesn't know those things, because most people in America are inattentive, and unconcerned. More than half of our fellow citizens think Obama is a gift from God. (It almost made me retch to type that).

The only way to upset this American public is to take away their smartphone. Speaking of which, it may be wise to live simply in the near future. Try to be as independent of the grid and satellite technology as possible. Iran + Ballistic missiles + Nuclear warheads = EMP. An EMP would render the US nearly powerless. The cost to Iran of launching an EMP over America would be minimal, and surely worth any negative impact, in the mullah's eyes.
