The Ready for Warren Crowd Gets Behind Bernie Sanders

After all the effort the left put into getting Elizabeth Warren in the race, their last hope is a senile Socialist [2]. Another senile Socialist.
Two top officials with Ready for Warren, the group that attempted to nudge Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) into a presidential bid, are throwing their support behind Sen. Bernie Sanders, who appears to be Hillary Clinton’s progressive foil.
“While Warren is the champion who inspired this movement, the draft effort was never just about her — it’s about her message and the values she represents,” Erica Sagrans and Charles Lenchner write in an opinion piece on CNN released Friday morning.
“Bernie Sanders has caught fire in a way that’s reminiscent of the draft Warren movement itself — from the Internet to town halls in Iowa, Sanders has captured the imagination and support of people looking for a real progressive challenger in the 2016 Democratic primary.”
Catching fire is really the first thing that comes to mind when you think Bernie Sanders. That and a Cuban food co-op.
It must be really sad to get to the point where your only alternatives are Sanders and Hillary Clinton. It’s like having to choose between eating cat food and a bag of dirt.
If you combined their charisma, you could almost have a coma patient.
Of course the only sadder thing than that is being Martin O’Malley who is losing to Bernie Sanders despite having a pulse, never having written about rape fantasies or proposed a 90 percent tax rate.
But that’s the progressive base now. They want old and angry Socialists to yell at them about income inequality. If it can’t be Warren, it has to be Sanders and if it can’t be Sanders, it’ll have to be Hillary.
