On January 29, threats were issued on an Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood TV channel, warning of terror attacks against foreign nationals and interests in Egypt. Reading from a communique, the host on Rabea TV, which broadcasts from Turkey, gave a deadline for foreigners and foreign companies to leave Egypt, saying that after that deadline, “all their interests in the countries of the Middle East will be subject to harsh attacks with dire consequences.”

Egyptian Court Sentences a Man to Death for Joining the Muslim Brotherhood

Giza Criminal Court has issed a death sentence against Anas Abd Rabbu Suleiman, convicted of joining the Muslim Brotherhood.


The documents of the lawsuit were submitted to the Granfd Mufti, who may ratify the sentence before the final verdict is issued on 24 May.


The defendant, who faced charges of joining an financing an illegal group, did not attend the trial session.

145 Muslim Brotherhood Terrorists Detained for Bombing Towers

North and South Giza prosecutors ordered the detention of 145 Brotherhood members for 15 days on Sunday, pending investigations into charges of bombing high voltage and mobile towers and burning 11 police cars and seven other cars belonging to the Kerdasa City Council.


The suspects were arrested while rioting in several parts of Giza, as well as in crackdown campaigns.


Prosecutors have also ordered the detention of 52 other members on charges of blocking highways in Kerdasa, Nahia and Mansouriya while protesting court rulings issued against their group leaders.
