The police are investigating threats against ‘Christians’ made in scribbling on walls on Qrendi last night.
The graffiti in black was found on the walls on St Matthew Chapel at Il-Maqluba, Qrendi and on two bus shelters between Hagar Qim and Wied Iz-Zurrieq.
They were in Arabic and English, with the scribbling in English on a stone bus shelter reads “Death to Christians 1-3-2015.
The scribbling in Arabic is of the word ‘Allah,’ written badly.AllahMalta
Qrendi Local Council condemned “such cowardly homophobic graffiti” which it said was aimed solely at creating unwarranted fear and alarm….
“Homophobic”? What?
