BUENOS AIRES—A federal judge on Thursday dismissed allegations that Argentine President Cristina Kirchner had plotted with Iran to cover up its alleged role in a 1994 terrorist attack here, saying there was no evidence whatsoever of any crime. The judge, Daniel Rafecas, said in a 63-page ruling that it was abundantly clear that the allegations against Mrs. Kirchner weren’t supported by any evidence presented against her.In January, a federal prosecutor, Alberto Nisman, filed a criminal complaint against Mrs. Kirchner claiming she had led a criminal effort to sabotage his investigation into the bombing, which killed 85 people at a Jewish community center.Mr. Nisman said the evidence for his claims, which was based largely on more than two years of intercepted phone calls involving associates of the president, was overwhelming.
