He's right, and it's extremely frustrating.
Democrats are Big Government True Believers to the core, and unlike the GOP, they have this figured out.
A Democrat President, any Democrat President is now invincible, unless Republicans have super-majorities in both Houses and still they would need to stick together to override a veto. In the meantime, the President can simply issue executive orders, his Executive agencies (the new "Super-legislature") then issue regulations that have the force of law, and Congress can do absolutely nothing about it.
One possible solution is in the Federal courts - now stacked with liberal activists. Good luck with that.
We need a Republican President and a GOP Congress with super-majorities in the both Houses to undo the damage done by Obama.
I don't see that happening any time soon.
