Reminds me of the Buffalo, New York waterfront.

I'm aware of Lake Erie freezing over completely only once...maybe twice in my lifetime.  Since 1946,

And I've seen Niagara Falls frozen over.  With the rainbow lights at night, it's quite spectacular.
