Tuesday, during an event Vice President Joe Biden hosted for lawmakers and disability advocates who helped pass the ABLE Act, he said, “I actually think it’s [Congress] an equal branch of government.”

Presumably referencing complaints about President Barack Obama’s executive branch overreach the vice president joked, “I served  the Congress for 36 years and as they know, I actually think it’s an equal branch of government, because that’s where I come from and it is.”

Joe continues to subtly jab Obama with statements like this one.  I think it's funny.  I bet it makes Barack furious.

Thinks? [1] It's in the Constitution, you Ass. [2] Any sentence that combines the words "Biden" and "think" is bound to be a train wreck.

Laugh at him all you want, I'd still rather have had Ol' Joe as president for the last six years, than you-know-who (along with his puppeteer in the other office).

Say what you wish, at least Joe likes America...
