Forgive the source, one of those sky is falling websites. However, I hadn't seen the video of Obama from Sunday so I decided to watch it. It was disturbing how he looked and Drudge's assessment was right.

However, I started thinking. The way he looked should have been controlled by his media team. It only takes a few minutes to apply stage makeup and eye drops. He could have had the worst hang-over or flu and his media team could make him look as perky as a 17 year old. This is what they do and I have no doubt that the White House hires the best of the best professionals.

Was the look scripted, is he really in a panic mode, or was this a rush-job with no time or patience to worry about those details.

The more I think about it, I don't think they are in crisis mode for 'something terrible' as they would be in very careful image control mode if that is the case.

I think they are just getting sloppy.

Naaa, the simplest explanation can never be the right one. :)

Did he have a photo-op at a public school that day and have to eat the cafeteria food?
