This may look like something out of a laser light show, but it’s actually a Cobra attack chopper displaying its superior firepower. This is a video captured with night vision, and it includes additional shots of the chopper unloading endless rounds on practice enemies without night vision.

According to Military.com, the Bell AH-1 Cobra is a two-bladed, single engine attack chopper. It first came into existence during the Vietnam War; and today, the twin engine model is the U.S. Marine Corps’ primary attack chopper.

The Cobra has several variant models and can be outfitted with a 20 mm M197 3-barreled Gatling cannon, Hydra 70 mm rockets, and TOW anti-tank missiles.
