Sick Bastard Kills Newly Wed Step-Daughter To Have Sex With Her Corpse

Back in November, 53-year-old Pennsylvania resident Gregory Graf killed his newly wed stepdaughter so that he could have sex with her corpse, reports the Daily News:
Necrophilia motivated a man to fatally shoot his stepdaughter last month, according to a Pennsylvania prosecutor.
Gregory Graf recorded himself sexually abusing the body of Jessica Padgett, Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli said Friday. The video was discovered a day earlier on Graf’s computer, the prosecutor said.
She had recently married his son, and she reportedly had three children.
According to the Express-Times, the sick bastard’s lawyer, Jack McMahon, is looking to make a mental health defense:
“In this case, it’s obviously a tragedy and the defendant is a person who has no history in anything remotely resembling anything like this,” said McMahon. “Obviously it seems to be an aberrational type situation. We’re looking into, obviously, a mental health component.”
Though McMahon held off from saying he’d pursue an insanity defense in the case, he said it was his responsibility to look into what caused Graf’s alleged actions.
“When you see a guy who has no history like this and he’s a good enough guy normally and then something like this happens – there’s some sort of breakdown there that has to be examined,” McMahon said.
The good news is that District Attorney John Morganelli isn’t buying any of this nonsense. He fervently believes “Graf knew what he was doing and harbored a necrophilia fetish for some time”:
“We believe Mr. Graf was acting intentionally and knowingly,” said Morganelli. “That he wasn’t clouded by any mental illness that made him unable to know the quality and nature of his acts.”
What remains to be seen is whether the jury will too be able to also accurately discern the truth.
