White House adviser John Podesta is leaving President Obama’s team to join Hillary Clinton’s inner circle as she plots a 2016 presidential run, the Wall Street Journal first reported.

Mr. Podesta will depart the White House next month.

Politicos see Mr. Podesta’s move as the first concrete sign Mrs. Clinton is preparing to mount another presidential campaign.

She could be the first female President, mostly due to her husbands political skills, not her own, and the fact she is a woman.

I can picture Bill somehow diffusing the issue of himself, with some self-effacing humor.
