White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer does not think the next president will roll back President Obama’s executive action on immigration reform, even if a Republican wins in 2016.

The Huffington Post’s Sam Stein reminded Pfeiffer that all the executive actions Obama was using to boost his political capital in the twilight years of his presidency could be easily undone by the next president.

Pfeiffer defended Obama’s actions, but he admitted that it was “important as hell” for another Democratic president to take office.

But he also asserted that a Republican would be hesitant to roll back Obama’s executive action on immigration reform.

Referring to executive actions, he asserted that “if you do these right, they become very hard to undo.”

“In politics, it’s possible to deny people things. It’s almost impossible to take things away from them,” Pfeiffer said. “A Republican president would have to come in, sign an executive order or whatever, and direct millions of families to be back under the threat of deportation.”

“That’s not gonna happen,” he added.

:amen:  Amnesty is pretty much here to stay.  You cannot grant people amnesty and then tell them "oops sorry".  It is important that the new Congress set up the provisions and parameters of amnesty and not just let things continue to roll out of control.  Secondly and even more importantly they need to immediately send a clear message to this president that they indeed are effective and he does need to consult them; otherwise he will be facing impeachment.

If the new Congress doesn't have the backbone to listen to the voices of those that voted in the mid terms to stop the insanity of this president, they won't retain their seats for one and the GOP can forget about seating a candidate in the oval office in 2016.
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
