The San Francisco Giants and the Kansas City Royals will face off in the World Series.

If be "hit their stride just right" means that neither one had to wait FOUR frigging days to begin a stupid FIVE game series...you're right.

The format sucks.

Both wildcard teams eliminated the team with the best W-L records in their respective leagues.
