With so much ugliness in the news right now, I thought it would be nice to post some beautiful images to enjoy and remind ourselves that in spite of man’s inhumanity to man—life goes on, and beauty still exists amongst the darkness.

Please enjoy and feel free to add beautiful images of your own (please keep it family friendly). I hope it will rejuvenate!

I will add more images at another time, these are some I think are beautiful - my husband says they are gloomy - what can I say? I'm gothic!

Took some pictures last weekend at a nearby State Park (with my phone, I'm not a photographer, still they turned out pretty). Early autumn in Eastern Kentucky!

This is a tree growing on a ROCK! Don't the roots look like a giant lizard?

I took this picture from my windshield, so it's not very good - but I like it anyway.

Those are stunning pictures DC! Especially the second one with the yellow trees - wow.
