13 You Got It!
Funny story. I went to private schools all my life except a couple years in High School. When I enrolled for the first time in public schools (Freshman year) they put me in the standard classes and I never cracked a book open. My parents went to the administrators and talked to them and explained everything I was in, I already took in 5th and 6th grade (basic geometry and algebra, US history, ,etc). They moved me to Jr. and Senior classes for those years and I had to leave public schools just so I can finish. Not tooting my own horn; just the opposite, it is a reflection of how behind public education is compared to what students can learn if given the opportunity.
